1.If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a claim for a refund on the item, or deduct up to 50% of the selling price from the refund claim. 

2.The products should have not been used (except tryout). When we receive the products sent back exactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you. The shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you should also be charged of you.

3.If you wish to cancel, you must inform us in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 working days following the day you received the goods and you must also take reasonable care of the goods.

4.We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you.

5.You must contact us before returning the items. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.

6.Please ensure that any returns have the number clearly marked on the outside of the return package. Returns that do not have the clearly displayed on the outside of the package may be refused by the warehouse.
